Interview procedure
To apply for an interview, please fill in and return the questionnaire and a date for an interview will be sent to you. Please note that whilst it is helpful to have as much information as possible, not everyone feels comfortable with sending personal information to an unknown person. Please feel free to only fill in the information that is required. The required section is highlighted with an asterix.

The interview process is for mutual assessment. You and the therapist can explore whatever questions you might need to ask, in order to see if our therapy is appropriate for you. Sometimes it is necessary to have more than one interview. If for whatever reason, it is felt that therapy with one of our staff is not the best option, we will discuss possible alternatives.

When you are seen for an interview by one of our psychotherapists you will have the opportunity to talk about your difficulties and why you wish to apply for therapy. We have however, found that it is useful to have some preliminary information and we ask you to provide this by filling in this form and returning it to us should you wish to apply for an interview.
